Policy and Terms

Carrier Services

As shipping services, features, and possible additional charges may vary from carrier to carrier, Terrana Services Corp. has provided numerous options for you, the user, on the conditions that the user selects the appropriate services. Once an order has shipped the shipment is under the complete responsibility of the carrier. Any lost packages, shipping damages, delays, customs/brokerage fees, additional taxes, or any other charges related to the cost of shipping are the responsibility of the buyer. Please approach the carrier before contacting Terrapak Customer Service. Under no circumstances will Terrana Services Corp. be held responsible for these occurrences.


Backorders: If your order cannot be shipped due to a backorder situation, you will be notified via email and or telephone. Typically we will tag any items that are currently on backorder giving you the option of ordering now and to have shipped when available, or be notified when available for shipping or to cancel and reorder at a later date. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on backordered items.

Package Tracking/Shipping Notification: You should be emailed, upon shipment, with tracking information or you can contact our shipping department directly at 1-877-772-7737 ( 604-304-9887 ). MOST IMPORTANT... PLEASE inspect all packages upon delivery. Any damages or shortages MUST be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. (Please make sure you retain a signed copy for yourself). All freight damages (by Commerce Law) are the responsibility of the customer. We will assist as fully as we can. Note any missing items or any damage on the bill of lading, retain a copy and notify the carrier and us immediately.

Customs Charges -- All border crossing fees are the responsibility of you the customer.


US Customs

You will be responsible for any US Customs fees or import duties imposed. We have no way to pre-pay or predict those fees. US Customs may levy an import duty on certain items in an order valuing more than a total of USD CAD $200.00 
US $150.83 (excluding shipping cost) If the order itself is USD CAD $200.00 
US $150.83 or over, US Customs requires that we collect the Social Security Number or Tax ID of the customer under section 321 of 1931 US Customs Act

Occasionally, parcels may be held due to random Customs inspection. This can cause border holding, customs denials or delays. Customer takes ownership of merchandise once it ships. We do not take responsibility for delays beyond our control.

International Orders

Because customs policies and regulations vary from country to country, we cannot predict their duties or fee for each items. All duties and fees charged on your order processing in your country will be paid by customers. We suggest that you should check your country's custom regulations and information.

Shipper Policy

We will not ship to any PO boxes -- Customers must supply a valid address of either place of residence or business. Residence Addresses must match the billing address if paying by credit card.
